Shipping Information

Domestic shipping (Canada):

Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days of purchasing (this is often bumped up to five-seven business days during new releases, restocks, and sales due to higher volumes) and are sent via selected mail service with Canada Post (this may or may not includes tracking).  Canada Post delivery times will vary by location. Delays with Canada Post are outside of our control, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed by HAVEN KIDS. Delivery times do not include our processing time.

LETTER MAIL: For Letter Mail, there is no tracking or insurance and Haven Kids is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. You select this option at your own risk. You always have the option to select an alternate shipping option if this is not a risk you want to take.

FREE SHIPPING OPTION: If you select the free shipping option, we will send your order in the least expensive method available. This could mean multiple letter mail packages which do not have tracking or insurance. Haven Kids is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. You select this option at your own risk. You always have the option to select an alternate shipping option if this is not a risk you want to take.

USA shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days of purchasing (this is often bumped up to five-seven business days during new releases, restocks, and sales due to higher volumes) and are sent via USPS ground or UPS Mail Innovations (this includes tracking). We are located in Canada and use a service to transport packages across the border to ship directly with USPS. As such, it may take 1-3 business days for your package to be received and scanned by USPS. USPS delivery times are outside of our control, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed by HAVEN KIDS. Delivery times do not include our processing time.

International shipping:

Orders are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days of purchasing (this is often bumped up to five-seven business days during new releases, restocks, and sales due to higher volumes) and are sent via USPS International First Class Package or another shipping provider (this includes tracking). We are located in Canada and use a service to transport packages across the border to ship directly with USPS or another shipping provider. As such, it may take 1-3 business days for your package to be received and scanned by the provider. Delivery times are outside of our control, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed by HAVEN KIDS. Delivery times do not include our processing time.

 

Shipping Policies

Tracking number will be provided at time of shipping if applicable (no tracking for Letter Mail option). HAVEN KIDS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Please contact your local post office facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

If shipping destination is outside of Canada or USA, mail times can vary greatly depending on customs processing and the efficiency of your local postal service, ranging from 1-12 weeks.

 

Order Cancellations

We are NOT able to process order cancellations, please review your order in detail before processing. Orders are often shipped right away, so a cancellation will NOT be possible. 

 

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your HAVEN KIDS purchase!

New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for an exchange or store credit. HAVEN KIDS must be notified within 14 days of the delivery and returned to HAVEN KIDS within 30 days of delivery for an exchange/store credit. In order to be eligible all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Do not return items to us without notifying us first or send items that are returned without tracking.

Tights & Socks: Please be advised that tights and socks can only be returned/exchanged if the packaging and tags are completely intact and have not been opened. Opening the packaging to try on will make the item a final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Quality Issues/Defects: If you receive an item with a defect upon delivery (unworn/unwashed), please inform us immediately. We will work with you to correct the issue and each situation will be handled on a case by case bases. Some solutions are (but not limited to): Return/exchange the item, repair credit provided, discount provided. Customers have 30 days to contact us with any quality issues on worn items to be eligible for a repair credit. Again, each situation will be handled on a case by case bases. Please email hello[at]havenkidsclothing.com immediately to address any concerns.

Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will also be specified in each listing item. 

Purchases from our Retailers: Please note that any purchase made from one of our fantastic retailers will need to be returned/exchanged directly with that store and in accordance with their store policies. Quality concerns or issues should also be addressed directly with the retail store you purchased from.
