Job Overview

The Retail Operations Assistant supports in many aspects of the day-to-day running of HAVEN KIDS. This position is out of our headquarters in Port Coquitlam, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Folding and tagging incoming inventory, this includes quality control;
  • Periodic inventory counts and reconciliations;
  • Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders;
  • Market support: Booth set up and sales/customer service;
  • Photoshoot support: Email communication, preparing styles and props for shoot day, on-site for shoot day to assist with managing models, steaming, set up, etc.;
  • Greet and assist customers that come in to the showroom;
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills + Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage your time efficiently;
  • Experience with Shopify ideally, or another web sales platform.

Must Haves

  • Access to a vehicle for markets;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
